Alex Goetzfried cultivates an exceptional dining experience, is passionate about empowering his team, and aims to deliver memorable moments for every guest. A New York native, Alex's foundation was built in the city's vibrant culinary scene, brining a unique blend of expertise to his leadership. His journey, from honing his skills as a Chef de Partie at a Michelin-starred restaurant to producing and hosting the acclaimed 'George Hirsch Lifestyle' on CreateTV, PBS, and NPR, reflects his deep passion for food and hospitality. A Baruch College journalism graduate and accomplished food writer, Alex's diverse background fuels his commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. 

Outside of the restaurant, Alex enjoys hiking with his family, and his adventurous spirit takes him around the globe, from decade-long backpacking expeditions and spearfishing adventures in South America and Africa to exploring local trails on his motorcycle and mountain bike.
